My box was bashed and the waffle was stuck to the top and the strawberries were everywhere

Order wrong, took an extra 30 minutes to be delivered and was told id receive a call back to rectify issue but they never ordered. Wont be back had same issues before from here

Portion size and amount has got alot s.aller, item unavailable and they replaced ot with another without phoning, still waiting on refund, manger i spoke to on.tge phone wasnt very friendly

We didn't have restaurant service but home delivery.

2 hours delivery. 2 phone calls one where I was told someone would call me back and I’m still waiting. Nothing exciting to report on the food either.

Ordered late to be honest think they forgot about order ice cream passable chocalate cake hard and caramel cake ok almost £23 for a dessert that should have cost around £10 not impressed

the ice cream was like water. was totally melted the waffle was very dry and burned

Came time I asked and was so delicious , so happy with my order

Ordered Sunday at 20:30…. 22:00 still no show. Contacted the shop, took until Wednesday till the refund got processed then quoted 10+ days for money to go back into my bank. The owner blamed it on traffic… on a Sunday night in port Glasgow? Doubt it.

Food was not delivered! Ordered a crepe, single scoop of ice cream and a milkshake waited an hour and a half and cancelled as was told twice it would be “next to leave the shop”. Food was 100% not delivered as stated above
